GREAT GLOBAL IDEA, JETHRO!

The IMF (International Monetary Fund) has
a plan of giving $100 billion (yearly), built
around a "green fund", to help poor countries
"mitigate the effects of climate change".

...right...
Or, maybe they are just trying to
take over the world..?....

Wouldn't it be humorous if the IPCC based
it's decisions for their global climate agenda
on book reports and speculations?

stupidity is not thus handicapped."

I am sure that the citizens of "poor countries" are really concerned about mitigating the effects of climate change, perhaps a extra bag of rice or corn would be of greater benefit. Perhaps, the U.S. could ship all of the corn and grain that they pay our farmers "not to grow" to these poor counties, then they will be thankful for the "greenhouse" and "global warming" doom and gloom scenarios.

Global warming has broken out in Colorado where it is snowing. Meanwhile I enjoy 60 degree plus temps along the Southern route to TX. Had second encounter with Border Patrol but without hassle and delay. Am I a U.S. citizen? Si.

By now, I am guessing you have seen or heard the news in the massive explosion of the Kleen Energy Plant in Conn.
