The "free" form on my test page will,
hopefully, allow readers/viewers to
leave a note on the open board as well as
switch to a comment section. This needs
a little "tweaking", of course. My only
concern would be someone misusing this
for potty-mouth or prattle that would
go anonymous.
Progress has been made, but still gaining
a clear(?) understanding of the page layout.
...and... slowly moving some research over.

Potty Mouth? Prattle? I do not know anyone that would misuse or abuse your comment section that way.
