Event planning for HITWRA

We might already have a full plate, but we should consider air cannons for entertainment Memorial Day weekend. This "Punkin' Chunkin'" seems interesting, and compressed air is the harmless energy used (excluding the catapults and mechanical devices).

You are starting to scare me, I am beginning to think like you! Less than 24 hours ago, I was thinking of the summer ahead and thought it would be quite clever if I could develop a device to launch water filled balloons from the ridge top at the Eagles Nest into the HITWRA during the dead of night while all of you are sitting around the fire pit. An air canoon or capapult came to mind but I also considered a ground mounted sling shot that is about six foot high and mouth about five feet wide. Along with water balloons, I also thought that "fire balls" would also be neat but a little dangerous especially if they landed onthe Cook Tent. All of you might want to keep an eye ontthe skis while camping!

Do you know how much damage his fire cracker COULD have caused? Don't encourage him.

The small catapults - that work like a sling shot - are very simple designs with the importance being anchoring properly. Start collecting dunnage for me...

If you feel the incessant urge,
and your tongue is sharp and quick,
leave a worthless thought for me
whether cool, or fun, or sick.
