We received an idea for a snack dish

from a good friend and it was tested at
a wedding reception with decent
to great reviews.

It is a green pepper jelly, spiced cream
cheese dip for crackers, chips, toast...etc.


Although the look may not be so grand
and presentable as I would have hoped,
the flavor was a delight with potato chips.
It may even sound odd, but the combination of
sweet and spice was yummy.


Six layers, total, with garlic/onion cream cheese
on the bottom, then pepper jelly, garlic/onion,
pepper jelly, garden vegetable cheese, and
pepper jelly on top with a dollop
beside for presentation.
Served chilled.
Thanks, friend (she made the jelly, also).
