Now, that I know where you live, I will have to come by and visit sometime. What is the speed limit on the side streets of LA? To say the least, you may not have been speeding, however, you were exceeding the speed for the current weather and road conditions and you may want to place a muffler on that work truck so you don't wake up the entire neighborhood when you try to sneak in at 3 a.m.!
