I didn't realize that they seeded tornados, they are so destructive. In Colorado, they have been seeding clouds for years for additional snowfall for the ski resorts and the summer water volume that they need for irrigation and escapement to the Coroado river for those downstream that have claimed water rights, primarily the State of California and Arizona.
