I found 8...if you include the dog and baby.
there's 3 faces around the bird, plus the dog and baby and others and it makes 9. I couldn't find anymore. Including the dog just doesn't make sense though, it's not a person.
seems to me there is 4 faces on the upper left side of the arch,1 face on the right side, the woman(1), the baby(1), the man(1), and the large head.
